Happy Birthday Oreo Cookies!! – Some New Jersey Connections

Kraft Foods’ Oreo cookies turn 100 years old today. Oreo cookies aren’t manufactured here but they do have a close New Jersey connection. They were first introduced to the world in Hoboken in 1912. They were originally baked in the Chelsea Market across the Hudson by the National Biscuit Company (NaBisCo).
