Where’s YDKJ This Week? – May 12th – May 18th

by Alice Magdziak • May 12, 2017 • EventsComments (0)20

We’ve been hearing from more and more friends and readers that they’d like to know where we’re going each week so they can join us.  We get invited to events, hear about fun exhibits and are interested in lots of different places all the time.  Here’s what is on our radar this week. We can’t guarantee that we’ll go to all these places but there’s a good chance we’ll be at some of them.  Support local arts or get outside and do something with us!

Hurtling Through Time Opening Reception

Tuesday, May 16th at 6pm, Caffe Galleria, Lambertville

If you like movies, boy do I have something for you. They’re *just* like movies but it’s simply a single frame, then hung on a wall. But get this: no commercials, no trailers, no fake butter flavor. So come hang out, if you really want that fake butter stuff I can bring some. No popcorn though. You have to drink it straight.  Everett promised to wear a bow-tie so really, you’re not going to want to miss this one. There are some pictures on the wall too but I mean, 6-year-old in a bow-tie amirite?   Can’t make it? Invite your friends, maybe they can and they’ll be like “hey, remember that thing you couldn’t go to but I could? Well there was totally a 6-year-old in a bow-tie. I think there were some pictures too? Hard to tell with that cute kid, we left early.”  Your friend sounds like a jerk. Could have made some better ones at this event probably. Your loss.
