Want to know where we’re going each week so you can join us?  We get invited to events, hear about fun exhibits and are interested in lots of different places all the time.  Here’s what is on our radar this week. We can’t guarantee that we’ll go to all these places but there’s a good chance we’ll be at some of them.  Support local arts or get outside and do something with us!

Mi Casa Tu Casa (2018 Stages Tour)

New Jersey Theatre Alliance and Dreamcatcher Rep present Mi Casa Tu Casa as part of the Alliance’s Stages Festival. Mi Casa Tu Casa is a bilingual blend of music and folktales for the entire family.

Co-created by Michael Aquino, Deivis Garcia, Jane Mandel, and Dania Ramos. Featuring Michael Aquino, Alicia Rivas, and Louis Vetter. Directed by Jane Mandel.

Side Show The Musical

Friday thru Sunday, March 16-18, Old Library Theatre, Fair Lawn

As the starring act of a 1930’s Side Show, helmed by an abusive ringmaster, conjoined twins Daisy and Violet Hilton are eager to accept an offer of fame, fortune, and potential romance proffered by Terry, a talent scout, and Buddy, a budding entertainer. As stars of the Orpheum Circuit, it seems that Daisy and Violet have everything they ever wanted. The one thing they lack, however, is the fulfillment of their hearts’ desires.

Montclair Literary Festival 2018

Friday thru Sunday, March 16-18

The second Montclair Literary Festival will take place between Thursday 15 March to Sunday 18 March 2018.The program for the festival is now finalized and and we have more than 90 authors taking part in 50 events over the four days of the festival, including ticketed events with Patti Smith (closing book talk and performance), Tom Perrotta, Anna Quindlen, Meg Wolitzer and Christina Baker Kline, and a full program of free book talks, panel disc ussions, author signings, workshops and children’s activities.
