The inaugural Sea.Hear.Now festival hits Asbury Park this weekend and promises to be the musical event of the season, if not the year. The event is co-produced by photographer, and Toms River native, Danny Clinch whose work with Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam and the Beastie Boys has yielded many iconic images. The festival will not just be about music. The event will also feature professional surfers riding the waves during the sets, yoga sessions, food trucks and art including the Danny Clinch Transparent Gallery Pop Up which will highlight works by Jack Johnson, Nicole Atkins and others.

In addition to headliners such as Jack Johnson, Incubus and Social Distortion there will be an incredible amount of New Jersey talent at the event. Between the main stages and all the surrounding venues and after parties the event will cast a very positive spotlight on Asbury Park and all of New Jersey.

I love covering the amazing music we have right here in New Jersey and the events that highlight it. The Sea.Hear.Now festival will focus attention on just how far Asbury Park has come while solidifying its reputation as one of the most vital musical towns not just of New Jersey but of the whole country.

There is still time to get tickets right here.
