Happy Jetsaween

It is all about the Jets this week as the Giants get some rest on their bye week. Sunday is Halloween and the J-E-T-S will play at the Meadowlands against Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. Put your kids down for a nap, send them out with the neighbors, do whatever, because at 1pm this Sunday all of us will be able to witness a great showdown between two playoff contendors, unless of course you have Cablevision. It was two weeks ago that the lockout destroyed Giants fans as they were not able to watch their team on television. This week, Jets fans get to witness the corporate greed and miss their team on television. Something tells me this is not going to be pretty. Mess with a Giants fan, ehhh, they get mad, but mess with a Jets fan and I cannot guarantee that the solution will be pretty.

Keys for a victory for the Jets: With the Packers defense in shambles right now, look for a ton of offense from Mark Sanchez and the Jets. Whether Sanchez goes deep to Edwards or Holmes, or LT2 runs like he stole something, there will be mucho points scored in this game. The offense needs to pick apart the weak Packers defense. Stop Charles Woodson and test the rest of the bunch. Where it will get tricky is on defense, as the Jets will have their hands full with Mr. Rodgers and all of his weapons. With the Packers weak running game, look for Revis and Cromartie to work on the Packers passing game. Stop Rodgers and his high octane offense and the Jets will have an easy victory. Easier said than done but with the way the Jets defense has been playing lately this should be a piece of cake.

Injury report: None to report as after their bye week all players are healthy and ready to go.
