This Is A Personal Matter

NY Jets Vs Buffalo Bills 1pm New Meadowlands Stadium

Week 17 for the Jets brings a meaningless game against a divisional rival. The Jets have already clinched an AFC wildcard spot and are playing for nothing but momentum at this point. Rex “The Foot” Ryan does have some coaching to do. Does he play Sanchez or will he sit and rest him? If he does play him, how long will he play him for? Do you sit your starters at half time? This is a harder game for Feets then it is for the players as you do not want your team losing momentum before the playoffs, especially if you have to travel to Kansas City and into a hostile environment. Jets should win this game with whoever they put on the field.

NY Giants Vs Washington Redskins 4:15pm FedEx Field

Let It Roll!

Even with a win on the road against Washington will not guarantee entry to the NFC playoffs. The G-Men will have to rely on Da Bears to beat the Packers and get a win themselves to get in. Not an easy task when you have to scoreboard watch. Both the Packers and the Giants play at 4:15 so look for a lot of switching channels on the remote to see both games.

Coach Coughlin may also be coaching his last game for the Giants if they lose to the Redskins. So the pressure is on for everyone. I really can not see the Mara firing Coughlin, but with a loss to Washington and the way they played against the Eagles and Packers, if the Giants do not make the playoffs then someone will have to pay.
