Five Players in Women’s Soccer U.S. World Cup Team from NJ

They just lost to Japan in the Finals.  But, that’s OK, we’re still proud of them!

Five women on the U.S. World Cup team, including the team’s Captain, are from Jersey.  That’s the second highest number from one state after California.  Nice!

In addition to O’Reilly and Team Captain Rampone pictured above, there are also Carli Lloyd from Delran, Jill Loyden from Vineland and Tobin Heat from Basking Ridge.
