Are you going?  We can’t wait to go check it out! And, yes, we plan to pay a good amount so that the restaurant can continue to afford to feed less fortunate families.

This is Jon’s latest charitable endeavor through his Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation which has also built homes for low-income people.

Built in a former auto body shop in Red Bank, The Soul Kitchen will offer American classic cafe entrees like grilled chicken breast and salmon and cornmeal crusted catfish.  We think it sounds great and we hope it offers low-income families the opportunity to go out to eat with their families and get a healthy meal while paying whatever they can afford.
