Christie Supports New Tunnel Proposal

It’s been a little over a year since the ARC Tunnel project was cancelled by Governor Christie, citing that we could not afford it and comparing the project to others that ran into big cost overruns.

Christie is in favor of another tunnel proposal that would extend the number 7 NYC Subway line to Secaucus.

He supports the new plan because the cost is shared between both states, as well as New York City and the federal government.
