Next week is Maplewood Restaurant Week.

Participating Restaurants will be offering Prix Fixe (a complete meal offered at a fixed price) menus and great discounts.

MAPLEWOOD RESTAURANT WEEK HIGHLIGHTS FINEST RESTAURANTS, EATERIES AND MERCHANTS – MARCH 19-25, 2012

MAPLEWOOD, N.J. – The Maplewood Village Alliance, Springfield Avenue Partnership and Maplewood Chamber of Commerce announced today that over 25 restaurants throughout Maplewood will participate in this year’s Restaurant Week from March 19 to 25, 2012.

Maplewood’s award winning restaurants and eclectic eateries will serve up fine dining, casual dining, take-out, and specialty foods sure to please. Participating restaurants will offer customers everything from prix fixe to tasting menus and discounted lunch or dinner specials.

“The Springfield Avenue Partnership, in collaboration with the Alliance and Chamber, is excited to bring many opportunities for diners to try new dining experiences and return to some favorites during Restaurant Week” said Partnership Manager, Diana Vitrano.

Village Alliance Manager, Julie Doran, added, “local merchants are supporting Maplewood Restaurant Week by offering discounts on everything from flowers, wine, gifts and cooking books.””

Rene Conlon, manager of the Chamber of Commerce, encouraged patrons to “enhance their local dining experience by taking advantage of these special offers throughout town.”

Mayor Vic Deluca adds, “The variety of restaurants and food establishments in Maplewood is terrific, a place where you can “Dine Around the World.” From a sit down dinner to a bite on the run, I look forward to having good food and a good time during Maplewood’s Restaurant Week. Please join us.”
