Zombies from far and wide will be heading to Asbury Park on Saturday October 5th for the annual New Jersey Zombie Walk. 2013 marks the sixth year that the undead will descend on the New Jersey shore town to hunt for brains. This year is special as the Zombie Walk plans to reclaim the Guinness World Record for Largest Gathering of Zombies.  In 2010 the record was achieved during the 3rd annual walk when Guinness reported 4,093 zombies participating. By many accounts this number was way underestimated. In 2012 Asbury Park lost the record to Minneapolis at the Zombie Pub Crawl in the Twin Cities. Is New Jersey going to let this stand?

We have been to the Walk many times and it is a blast. Come on out, have fun, and help recapture the Guinness World Record!
