Who’s worse, the (0-6) New York Giants or the (1-4) Minnesota Vikings? We will find out of all places on Monday Night Football with two bad teams in front of a national audience! This really isn’t what Monday Night Football is intended for but no one in their right mind could have expected the Giants to be this bad this year! Things are looking really bleak for them as they continue to search for their first win of the season this Monday at 8:40 p.m. at Metlife Stadium.
On the other end of the spectrum, the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys will be playing each other for first place in the NFC East. That being said, their (3-3) records aren’t much to brag about. You would think that the Eagles have the adventage playing at home Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Actually they are trying to break an 8 game home losing streak so good luck with that. Philadelphia can be forgiven for their performance this year as they are essentially a new team. They have shown us a few surprises but what they really need to accomplish is progress and improvement.
Everyone thought the Jets were going to beat Pittsburgh last week and they went out and laid a goose egg. Can the Jets (3-3) finally overtake New England (5-1) and beat Tom Brady for the first time since a playoff victory a few years ago? The unpredictable New York Jets will take on the New England Patriots Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at Metlife Stadium.
