Once again the streets of downtown Cranford had some interesting visitors for the Halloween season. The 6th annual Scarecrow Stroll invaded Cranford and you couldn’t walk 50 feet without coming across one of these fun and spooky creations. Residents were mailed a ballot form but you could pick one up at many vendors along the stroll in order to vote for your favorite. As readers of YDKJ know, we are big fans of Halloween and we wish more towns would have something like this.
Our favorite this year was the headless horseman inspired scarecrow by Schuster Family Orthodontics. The smiling pumpkin with the set of braces really gave us a chuckle. Everyone did a great job though!
