We checked out Bergen County Zoo in Paramus’ Van Saun Park last weekend to take advantage of the beautiful weather. You should go this weekend!
There are plenty of animals on exhibit over the winter. Only the aviary and alligators seemed to be hidden as we walked around. We were also cordoned off from the American bison, elk and bald eagle area but there were zoo workers all around that part of the park so it might be open since they were working on it.
They’re open every day for free until May 1 when they start charging admission. Get outside, NJ!
