What exactly is a punk rock flea market? That is a tough question to answer. You can find out for yourself as the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market is this Sunday August 3rd from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It goes down at the historic Roebling Machine Shop building at 675 South Clinton Avenue and is guaranteed to be an awesome time.
If you are telling yourself this is just another flea market you couldn’t be more wrong. After all this punk rock inspired flea market was recently featured in The Huffington Post article “The Only Guide You Need To The Best Flea Markets In America.”
The event is organized by Trenton native Joseph Kuzemka and takes place 3 times a year. The first TPRFM was back in January of 2013 and it has been growing ever since. It started off with about 50 vendors. This time over 200 vendors will be selling vinyl records, vintage clothing, collectable and, perhaps most interestingly, curiosities. Think of it as a flea market with an edge. But no worries. You can bring the kids too. It is a family friendly affair.
