There will be a Super Blood Moon tonight. It is a combination of appearing larger than usual (Super) as well as having a reddish hue from being in an eclipse (Blood). The eclipse will begin at 9:07 p.m. EST and the moon will be fully in the Earth’s shadow from 10:11 p.m. until 11:23 p.m. The eclipse will end at 12:27 a.m.
This is the last time these 2 events will occur at the same time until the year 2033.
