What are you doing on Saturday? No, you’re joining us in Jersey City for the North Jersey Indie Rock Festival!

New Jersey record labels Mint 400 Records and Sniffling Indie Kids will present The North Jersey Indie Rock Festival from noon to 8pm at Cathedral Hall in Jersey City. This is a new venue that was a large church and is now being used as a music venue. We’ve seen some pictures and it’s beautiful inside. This is a wonderful opportunity to see a cross section of some of the best bands coming out of North Jersey. 20 in all.

The festival is held in association with Fourth Street Arts, BGT Enterprises and (The) Rock-it Docket. It’s an all day music and arts festival in celebration of NJ’s diverse indie community.

The venue is All Ages but you need to be 21+ to drink. All this fun will only set you back $5 and you can come and go throughout the day. Children under 12 are free.

2 floors of live music, arts and craft vendors, food, beer and spirit vendors.

Each band will have a 20 minute showcase with some of New Jersey’s music scene writers and record label staff introducing them, including us. So come on out, say hi and listen to some excellent local music.
