Picture of the Week – Pancakes!

We’re culling our Instagram feed and this week’s articles and picking our favorite picture each week.

This week’s picture comes from The Village Diner in South Orange. The sunlight was coming in beautifully and the flapjacks were piping hot and delicious. We ended up regramming it on Monday because it was National Pancake Day. What a great day to be alive.
