Want to know where we’re going each week so you can join us? We get invited to events, hear about fun exhibits and are interested in lots of different places all the time. Here’s what is on our radar this week. We can’t guarantee that we’ll go to all these places but there’s a good chance we’ll be at some of them. Support local arts or get outside and do something with us!

Whaler Yeoman Weekend

Saturday and Sunday, July 8th and 9th, Historic Cold Spring Village, Cape May

Saturday and Sunday, July 8 and 9 from 10:00am to 4:30pm. Whaler Yeoman weekend celebrates the Cape May County founding families’ livelihoods, which were tied to the land and the sea. Demonstrations and discussions regarding whaling to farming, to trades and crafts that support these early settlers, will be featured.

Campfires Fest 2017

Saturday and Sunday, July 8th and 9th, Roxy & Dukes Roadhouse, Dunellen

Jersey Campfires Production Presents Campfires Fest 2017!! This EPIC show will feature Gathering After Ashes, Answer Infinity, Baelfire, Infinitus Mortus, Sinertia, Shattered Skin, Strive, Sinsanity, The Angry Pirates, Everything Falls, Last Flight Band NJ and Centennials!!! Also featuring an acoustic stage, which will take place between main stage sets. Playing acoustically will be Brian Erick (of The Paper Jets), Rob Janos (of Asphalt Grey) and Charlie Buxbaum (Low Roads Ghost)!! This show will be 21+ with doors opening at 1p!! Tickets will be available at the door for $12. All the bands on this bill deserve to be seen and heard, so please come early and stay late!! There will be contests throughout the day, along with other surpries to be announced in the coming weeks!! Come out and support Jersey’s scene!!
