Cake at Erie Coffeshop and Bakery in Rutherford Named One of the 51 Best in the United States

They’re bound to be sold out of the Citrus Olive Oil bundt cakes at Erie Coffeeshop and Bakery for the forseeable future but it’s still worth trying to get yourself one or two soon. The Food Network just proclaimed their famous bundt cake one of the best in the United States!

We’ve had their delicious baked goods at Red Eye Cafe in Montclair and at their own store in Rutherford. Time for us to head back, too, for that citrus olive oil cake.
