Here’s what is on our radar this week. We can’t guarantee that we’ll go to all these places but there’s a good chance we’ll be at some of them. Montclair Bread Company Friday Night Music

Every Friday through October, The Montclair Bread Company Friday Night Music Series is back. Live acoustic music on the Bread Company patio from all over the great state of New Jersey and beyond. AND The Breadco now has their new rolling pizza oven. Dinner Starts at 5pm. Music from 630pm till 8pm. And there is now also an indoor space for bad weather days on the opposite corner at Forest St and Label St.

12th NJ Encampment at Historic Batsto

The 12th NJ will present a day of living history open to the public in historic Batsto Visit the camp, view the drills, meet and talk to the troops. We will include a childrens drill.
Spring Fine Art & Craft at Brookdale Park
Saturday and Sunday, June 15 and 16, Bloomfield
Enter the creative world of fine art and fine craft at the 31st annual Fine Art and Crafts at Essex County Brookdale Park, June 15-16, from 10am-5pm, rain or shine. Ask questions and learn what inspires the creative process of over 130 exhibitors!
And enjoy tastes from speciality and ethnic food vendors.
This free-to-the-public show will feature fine artists, photographers and artisans in glass, clay, clothing, leather, wood, jewelry, metal, mixed media and much more. A variety of food and specialty foods will be offered.

Step back in time to the days of the Lenape in this hands-on workshop. Learn various methods that the Lenape appear to have used in forming ceramic pottery, then make your own under the guidance of experts from the Archaeological Society of New Jersey.
